Event: The Future of CX with TrendWatching

An exclusive event with TrendWatching and Else — July 27th 2017

In this client focused event Else has partnered with TrendWatching, a leading global trend firm, to deliver an exclusive trend event centred around THE FUTURE OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. This is a chance for you to hear about the latest innovations within CX, pose questions to the expert panel and network with other CX professionals.

In an action-packed 45 minutes TrendWatching will be presenting the main themes from the latest TrendWatching Quarterly – THE FUTURE OF CX.

In 2017 we are seeing a beautiful clash of technology, free flowing media, experimentalism and relentless distraction – and we’re only halfway through. In a hyper competitive Experience Economy where consumers are digitally-empowered, yet feel forever time-starved, there’s a fundamental choice to make for every Customer Experience strategy.

At any particular touchpoint, one must decide if their brand’s offering is a stepping stone on the way to experiences or if they’re providing the experience itself. Brand’s must decide whether they are SAVING the customer’s attention or SEIZING it.

TrendWatching will be exploring why this is happening and best practice in both categories. You can’t sit out the 21st Century Customer Experience Wars, so you better learn the rules of engagement.

Presented by Henry Mason Managing Director at TrendWatching. Henry is a sought-after keynote speaker who’s shared the stage with the likes of Kofi Annan, Seth Godin and Eric Schmidt and has given over 100 keynote presentations in more than 30 countries across six continents. He is regularly quoted in leading publications such as the Financial Times, The New York Times, Fast Company, and The Economist.

To round off the presentation, ELSE will be presenting their unique take on how these trends could play out, through the lens of current design trends and excellence in experience design – including key innovations, backed up with some hyper relevant client stories.
